The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen and daily cleaning service, making my stay so comfortable. I loved the beautiful pool area, but it did lack a light over the front door, which made it tricky to find at night. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

Beautifully maintained gardens and pool area.
My experience was less than satisfactory. The service was not very accommodating. I was refused a piece of fruit when I was hungry after a long travel day. Additionally, I hung a 'Do Not Disturb' sign, yet the maid entered my room anyway, which felt intrusive and disrespectful. Overall, I had higher expectations for my stay and left feeling disappointed.

We enjoyed exploring the charming town nearby and soaking in the beautiful pool area, a perfect cool-down after our outings. The friendly staff made check-in easy, and having a mini fridge was super handy for snacks with my mum.
For dads, it would be great if the breakfast variety was improved.

Charming stay with fantastic location
I had a lovely time, especially enjoying the beautiful and peaceful location which is just a short walk to the center of the old town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it a perfect base after exploring the area. However, I did find the customer service could be a bit warmer, as I didn’t feel as welcomed by all the staff.

I stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room for four nights. The room was clean and well-decorated. The bathroom was great with good water pressure. I loved that some rooms had nice views. The pool area was also really lovely–a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring nearby attractions. The bed was super comfy, but I did wish the customer service could have been warmer. Overall, my stay was still enjoyable thanks to the nice ambiance and convenience of the location.

The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Van Gogh hospital and the local shops. The swimming pool was perfect for unwinding, and the breakfast had an excellent selection. Super friendly staff were always ready to help us with local dining suggestions.
One downside was the small club chairs in the lounge area. they weren't very comfortable for relaxing after a long day.
